OJUE CONSTRUCTION provides interior and exterior building finishing services, including but not limited to POP ceiling installation, tiling, screeding, painting, and interior decor, as well as related furniture and home products. Service descriptions, pricing, and availability displayed on the Site are provided for general guidance and are subject to confirmation at the point of booking.

Accounts

To book a service or access certain features, you may need to create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your name, email, phone number, gender, country, state, city, and street address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Orders and Payments

When you book a service through the Site, whether via our online checkout or by contacting us on WhatsApp, you agree to provide accurate job details, including the site address and preferred date. Quoted prices are estimates based on the information provided and may be adjusted following a site assessment. Where online payment is available, payments are processed securely by third-party providers such as Paystack and/or Opay, and are subject to their respective terms. All amounts are quoted in the currency displayed on the Site and are due as agreed at the time of booking.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests should be made by contacting us directly via WhatsApp, phone, or email as soon as possible. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the job — for example, whether materials have already been purchased or work has commenced — and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in good faith.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information when creating an account or placing an order;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, or our systems;
